Neurotheology is the scientific study of beliefs. Its primary focus is on how the brain, heart (human physiology), and mind experience, interpret, generate and mediate beliefs.
Objectives:
Establish comprehensive, interdisciplinary approaches to understanding beliefs.
Explain, interpret, and predict the influence of beliefs on thought, feeling, behavior and experience.
